There are 2 methods for changing your password.
If you know your NetLogon and current password OR your J Number and Security Information (question and answer), you can change your password using the Change Password tool.
If you do not know your NetLogon, or do not remember your current password or Security Information, you must activate your Netlogon again using the Activate NetLogon tool.
You will receive an email notification that your password has been reset. All password change attempts are logged. If you receive an email notification indicating any change that you did not request, contact the Office of Information Technology immediately. Our phone number is 731-424-3520, x50294.
The Office of Information Technology can assist you with password changes during normal working hours by visiting the reception desk in our department. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Nelms Classroom Building in 246 (at the end of the same hall as 239). You will need to provide us with a photo ID, such as your Jackson State ID or your driver's license.
